Virtual and In-Person Offerings for Fall 2024

We work with tweens, teens, and young adults (and sometimes their parents) to develop the skills and strategies young people need to be successful in school and life.

Our work especially focuses on strategies related to setting goals, planning, prioritizing, organizing, remembering and manipulating information, solving problems, self-monitoring/self-checking, and regulating emotions.

Coming in Summer 2024: In-Person Session Offerings at 505 Medlock Rd., Decatur, GA 30030.

Individual EF Coaching Options

Individual (1:1) Coaching

We offer weekly and bi-weekly individual sessions to a limited number of students. Each session is 50 minutes, and options are available for in-person, Zoom, or hybrid sessions (alternating between in-person and Zoom). These sessions are customized to the student’s needs and goals and allow personalized feedback.

The cost per session is $140, and we offer flexible packages of 10 sessions at a discounted rate of $1250 (save over 10%). These packages can also be split between siblings when multiple students in your family need support, ensuring that our services are accessible to all.

Executive function coaching is an investment. Learning the skills necessary to succeed in school and life will take time and effort. If you want to work toward these goals, please book a free 30-minute discovery call to learn more about each other and determine if our EF coaching services could be a good fit. If so, we’ll consider the student’s needs and availability to match them with one of our highly qualified coaches.

Group (max. 6:1) Coaching

Starting in August 2024 with IN PERSON coaching at our new location, 505 Medlock Rd., Decatur!

Small groups are currently available to middle school and high school students only. Stay tuned for future small groups relating to upper elementary and college students.

Each cohort will last six weeks and cover different topics related to EF skill development. Click here to learn more about upcoming offerings and sign up to be notified when registration goes live. (Each age-alike cohort is capped at 6 students, so space is limited.)

Executive function coaching is a commitment of time and resources, and we want to make sure you’re making the right decision for your situation. A discovery call is a great opportunity for us to learn more about each other to determine if BSL’s coaching services are a good fit. During the call, a coach will ask you some questions to find out what’s happening and why you’re considering EF coaching as an option. You’re also welcome to ask questions to get to know us and our team better.

If we decide that coaching is something you’d like to pursue, we’ll send you information about registering for sessions. You can be assured that we won’t pressure you to make any decisions on the call. We want you to take your time and make an informed decision.
